I tried to find promotion material on it too these past few days and you are right. Bare as bones.
I don't understand. It is like they want nothing to do with it. Maybe LIN can employ more to self promote.
If no one else will. I think when posters get back from executive catch ups with some deeper insight on the project constituents overlooked. They might be able to inform more agencies in the hopes they will care to listen.
