Both posters NRO and GINGER7 keep on implying in numerous posts that LIN has been or will be subjected to corruption aspects in both Malawi and Guinea. They both fail to substantiate their claims and opinions re possible corruption confrontation by the company or its management or lawyers.
No evidence exits that the Lindian Resource v Saner/ RVR case , lawyers, judge, judgement etc was involved in any corruption.
No evidence exits that LIN will be impacted by potential corruption at its pending Appeal Hearing in Malawi.
No evidence exists that the Lindian bauxite projects in Guinea will be subjected to corruption by the government of Guinea, its officials or judiciary.
In my opinion such implied commentary from both NRO and GINGER7 is scare mongering and not fact based. Shareholders and potential investors in the stock should do their research than rely on fabricated views that have no substance.
