Many companies wait weeks B4 making the announcement .... (scooping up a bigger pile without spooking the SP)

Also they can use 2 or 3 or more different entities to accumulate on their behalf over a period, each entity stopping b4 they get to 5% - Then they make one transfer together into the new owners name & voila: a 10-20% holding on the first ASX announcement.

Thats what I want .... Uranerz is my tip, to announce a 10% plus holding in BLR
