I know that :-). I was just making a general comment about the 5% threshold disclosure level. Yes, any oredator would normally "hide" below the 5% level, and usually uses nominess companies until when they are ready. And, they try not to be "associated" wuth each other cause otherwise their total holdings are grouped for disclisure purposes, and that applies to the takeover threshold.
