"and yes I do believe India", via mail, phone calls and a visit or maybe two. Show planned plant, a few samples in a pocket, a chat over a good meal at a very good restaurant I know in New Delhi. This must have been going on for a long time as a plan B so attitudes it looks as though you have been and this is only supposition looking at India's power needs.
My concern is the amount of time involved and as you say "a third party investor" perhaps able to give ESI a financial lift.
