obelix6, interesting - so before this miserable offer what were you - a major shareholder with major shareholder rights? ... think about it - nothing has changed in that regard - only difference is TMR will make IBR assets worth much much more by bringing them into production - and with 68% of IBR they have a lot of incentive to extract maximum value

Time is now on our side - and when TMR eventually does come back - the 68% who have accepted will miss out on the much higher price they will have to pay in the future.
