According to the NT government site, the magnetite tailings at Tennant Creek are a significant undeveloped IO resource. This includes 17 Mt @ 40% Fe at Warrego owned by Territory Resources Ltd (TTY). Looking at their website, they are in the process of a pre-feasability study on the value of their deposits. See link: http://www.territoryresources.com.au/warrego.php
I went through their latest quarterly and there is no mention of this project, and a quick scout back at past anns has not turned up anything yet. Will keep trying. But the important point is that they are at least considering the value of these tailings, as well as the NT government considering them significant deposits.
You guys are right, we need EXM to tell us if its worth anything to the company.
