Totally agree monark but the question is who is holding this back and why ??
current Mc is 4.1mil or 3mil Ev for oil producer that making money in elevated market of Oil price,
we need 1 King Hit into the 1.6c to get things moving ( not many shares below it ) and probably it will be an opportunity for someone to take substantial position in the company as it is very tightly held by the major .
