This is a con job - those that made mega backs at 2c and 3c (insiders) are now buying back at 0.5 to make it look like there is 'hope' and so the Mgt can bluff their way out of 11 April.
Slight sp rise and some bs about a China meeting and they hope they can blag their way out of trouble.
