AA Scott is Scott's Mt Gambier
Not long ago KSC took over Scotts group of companies for an increase of KSC shares
In addition there are other shareholders listed that you may not recognise as the Scott family
You have ascot media aka Alan Scott media
Winscott investments that is Legh Winser the former ceo who is married to AA Scott's daughter Zena Scott who also gets a couple of mentions in the top 20 shareholders
For some reason I couldn't open the 2015 report so I'm going off the 2014 report and the only other shareholder at that stage that was close to having that many shares to sell was Citicorp
Anyways guess I'll just have to wait for that change in interest to be reported but if it is from AA Scott it's certainly going to raise some eyebrows
