Those guesstimates would be perfect timing for the next CR. If the lease does get granted before CR, MRQ will pump incredibly hard. In typical fashion I would expect a 70% retrace over time but when you're cracking $0.050 as most expect you'll still end up with a base over $0.015 post raise. Despite it not looking crash hot for holders it'll still be growth.....
