Comon Jocam , you can do better than this ... just do a little research .. read the Nov broker ann. from NEO (www.nuenco.com) at least.
NEO have paid USD2.5m for 25% of permit that has been drilled .. once ... and hit .. once .. including 6 deep oil zones and 1 shallow gas zone!
CPC is paying USD22m for 30% of some area in Texas thats got more holes in it than a swiss cheese !
Go figure!
