"Axiata Group Berhad" are involved in the No3 network in India "Idea Cellular" with 174 Million customers. They own 19.96% of it.
If they got Singtel on board (which owns part of Airtel) that opens up other avenues, but they're not one of the names listed against Malaysia.
I'm only connecting the dots in front of us that we can see at the moment.
