Hi drivel,
It says "furthering discussions", nowhere does it say to sign a deal. Alcoa are a massive company and things don't happen quickly in companies like this. My take is that they will come down here, see what we have, go back to the USA, draw up contracts, then it will be a back and forth between lawyers and boards, finally a decision will come.
Personally, I was hoping that they are coming to sign contracts/MOU's etc. I am getting the feeling, decision time will be closer to Dec/Jan with the slight delay in commissioning caused by the council decision.
