Linius Extends and Expands Relationship with Racing.com

Linius is pleased to announce that its longest running customer, Racing.com, has entered into a new agreement with the Company which extends and expands their deployment of Linius solutions. This multi-year agreement will see Racing.com transition to Linius Media Solutions and includes the Whizzard search, curation, and publication solution as well as the recently launched Whizzard Highlights. Racing.com will continue to provide its existing end user functionality for Tipping Hub, Replay Hub, and Editorial Hub, but these will transition from a previously bespoke solution to the standard Linius Media Solutions products. Racing.com and their viewers will benefit from greater innovation and access to new features as Linius delivers on its product development roadmap. One example of this is the Whizzard Highlights automated highlights creation module. This module allows customers to define a series of highlights packages that are automatically created at the end of each race or end of the day/weekend/week. These automated highlight packages can be reviewed and edited or published automatically, creating great new content and driving massive efficiencies for editorial and media teams. The transition to Linius Media Solutions is a significant benefit to the Company. By moving customers to a single standardized platform, the Company will see reductions in ongoing maintenance costs and efforts, reduction in cloud infrastructure costs, and acceleration of roadmap development. Additionally, feedback from customers on a standard platform can be incorporated to the benefit of all customers, which will increase customer satisfaction and long-term customer value. The new contract includes an immediate uplift in monthly recurring fees, further increases in recurring fees as additional modules are deployed, and a new variable fee structure. A previous case study published by AWS (here), highlights the benefits of the existing deployment, including increased user engagement by 125% and doubling of website page views.
