The stock's tight liquidity.
Wrkr Ready product success or lack thereof needing to be better understood.
How much working capital are Wrkr burning through to build out the platform in relation to the need of another CR.
Management needs to market the company to investors better to raise interest/excitement in what they are doing. Currently in retail investor land, this stock is an unknown with no share price activity to excite new potential investors.
Current share market sentiment.

If I was to sum up the current situation, Wrkr have done exceptionally well to make the partnerships/alliances they have, but it is obvious that they are just a small fish in a big pond whom are not yet in control of their destiny. This is obvious in the lack deal flow news.
