Agree, a notice on their website replacement page and an email outlining the problem and an ETA for fixing it would alleviate problems caused by everyone trying to log on at the same time. The computer generated response mentions a 'intermittent minor technical issue'. It seems neither minor nor intermittent. Will be interesting to see what the issue is.
