Rifici - the Minister will sign off on the project in 4 weeks. Mining will then occur dueing the end of Sept and during Oct to achieve a first shipment at the end of Oct.
It has nothing to do with the EPA any more, they have given their approval, its know up to the Minister to agree and sign-off, and there is no indication that he wont.
