You are correct about the decision after the election - but I'm pretty confident either party will sign straight away!!
The first deposit to be mined is a lump of iron sticking out of the ground - no pre-strip etc. Can crush it with a mobile crusher and haul straight to Port.
There will definitely be a shipment, most likley 2 or 3 before the end of this year
