Hello Everyone, when You consider the information from the link above You may well see the possible reason why BTV sold their holdings of ATW.
ATW raising Capital at 12 % Interest and paying 7% Commission shows to me that ATW MAY find difficulty in paying their remaining installments on Deflector, however in which case BTV will end up with Deflector 'back on their lap'. One has also to consider that the Market, these days, doesn't place any value in potential of a Resource.
This seems to explain partly why the BTV Share price is at it present level.
PERHAPS from BTV's last Announcement , (reading between the lines)BTV COULD BE looking into using Alternative Energy to supply power for the mining of Gold Au at that POSSIBLY could end up as Deflector.
WME is also an interesting situation in that Three Directors were 'rolled' as part of an EGM.
John Young ,a Uranium 'buff' and Neil Biddle look well suited there in WME because it looks like WME's project in Namibia 'with smooth sailing'(from the Bativia Boat)etc., could come good in a shorter Time than most Uranium projects in Australia. It looks like Neil Biddle moved into WME before any BTV funds were committed to WME in a similar situation as to that of MR Bruce Morrin slipping into RBM as a non Executive Director as soon as Crawley had obtained 5% of RBM and Crawley Investments have since upped their holdings of RBM to 19.88% of RBM with Mr.Bruce Morrin becoming the M.D. of RBM.
It's a damn difficult time for all of us who have invested on the Stock market and attacks on each other should not be the case, however I do believe that Directors and Staff of all Exploration Companies should contain expenses and take Salary Reductions for the next Twelve Months.
No responsibility taken for any losses in association with this posting.
Good luck,
