Couple of points on page 6 of:

PEN has the lowest cash costs per lb
PEN has increase in value at 263% which is the fourth highest, since 30/06/2010 till 28/01/2011.
PEN has the 6th highest cash
Personally till the JORC is increase then the SP is about right.

nelson10, it has been a while since I read that pdf, thanks for bringing it to my attention again.
At the time of publication Australia only mills the uranium. Once again we sell too early in the development/production cycle
