We’re excited to share twodevelopment milestones at our Federation Project: the installation of the firstunderground substation and the collaring of the Project’s first undergroundresource infill drill hole.
Installation and final commissioning of the first underground substation wascompleted on 3 January and will provide two megawatts of power for theunderground operations.
Following this, Mitchell Services Limited (ASX: MSV) mobilised an underground diamond drill rig to the 10205 FED 7135 cuddy and collared Federation’s first resource infill drillhole underground. The drilling program will target near-term production areas in the mine.
Congratulations to the teams from Aurelia, Mitchell Services Limited (ASX: MSV) and Redpath Australia - Mining Contractors and Engineers for all the work that’s gone in to achieving these milestones.
First development ore in FY25 is looking closer every day!
