Brasil paid more than 15c a share for most of his holding so IMHO that is a base valuation and any buying under that is bargain territory. I am seeing things being done with a longer term view to keeping ongoing production costs lower and at quite a fast pace and this business is worth a lot more since the Brasil holding was secured and new management put in place. False stocks of everything from Copper to Gold being found mainly in China used as security for loans. That is why there has been a disconnect between traded options on metals and a lot of those settlers wanting to see physical delivery. Copper and Zinc still needed to make brass bullet cases in a world slowly going mad.
Russian Copper isn't going to get to market anytime soon.
