there's a clear difference between a partnership and a distribution agreement. Tech data is a distributor, whereas the design wins are customers who lock in HALO as a component in their product design. Given the components generally don't change given the regulatory requirements this means that when the customer does scale up the revenues will begin to flow to Elsight.
