Linking current fires to climate change is fraught

The fires might be related to:
    1. Climate change due to rhythms of the universe? Or ...
    2. Climate change due to cumulative anthropological actions over the past 200 or so years? Or ...
    3. Direct anthropological action, as in deliberately lit fires?
I heard the other day that a disturbing no of fires have been lit.

What chance even just 1 fire was lit by an activist?

There is no unequivocal link between climate change and the recent fires imo.

Disclosure: I am not averse to proposition of anthropological climate change.
