We've heard of AVZ's imminent rise of from the ashes essentially non stop for the past year and a half. Why is this time any different? Government wanting to negotiate to avoid ICSID case? Have we had any confirmation of that or any other of the supposed news that never amounts to anything? Apart from hints, winks and innuendo I haven't seen anything firm that suggests we are any better off than at any previous point of this debacle
