While I would normally agree with you that it needs to "form a base" at this level,but because it has fallen SO sharply it will correct back to about $2.80 and form a base about there.This is my first buy back in sence the very profitable SMM days.Regards and luck to all. GE notice was only up to the 10/10,on the 9 and 10/10 they bought over 5 Million shares .,.....How many have they bought sence then??? In my opinion this is a screeming take-over target now.
