my point about Linux-type OS is not that that it isn't powerful, capable and secure, but that the developers have NEVER been introduced to the concept of user-friendliness.... if the damned thing was user-friendly then it would have much wider appeal and I'm no PC idiot either, I just have better things to do than screw around for weeks setting up their stupid, stupid system.....
I am more than familiar with the geek-set who think it's smart to fiddle with command line stuff when a simple menu command could get the same things done - like I'm not interested in the guts of a plasma TV either, I just want to switch the thing on and watch stuff....
