    So whats the verdict on LIO's new acquisition?

    Great to see them branching out into a new project. Hard to tell if the price is right without more information on the prospectivity or the targets. Interesting to see that the acquisition is to be primarily funded by a convertible loan from a director to "preserve" the current cash structure. I gather it may be listed at some point, making this a seed capital type investment.

    Interested in every one's thoughts on this one.
