LIO made the 'all time low'~4 years ago, has popped & retraced/consolidated since then & looks to be running out of puff lower & may well be ready to pop out of a flag to the upside. Enough news flow, several indicators looking attractive, & a nice long-term charting pattern.
Daily chart: Some indicators are showing divergence - could be a bit early but probably worth a first tranche somewhere around here.
