dorak, if you look at the agreed takeover announcement under "Timetable" it says you will receive an unconditional 1/34 offer in "late November".

Three options:

1- sell now - currently bid 1.4c
2- accept the offer worth bit more than 1.9c (and sell Lion shares)
3- don't accept offer and wait for better offer (which may or may not come)
