In mid-March 2008, Indophil Resources NL announced its intention to make an all scrip, offmarket, conditional takeover offer for all of the shares in Lion Selection Limited (LST).
The value of the Offer is subject to the price of Indophil shares. The Offer from Indophil was unsolicited.
Anyone care to guess what will happen to LST's holding of HAV should it get taken over?
Let us pray, should it happen, Indophil Management is as supportive of HAV as LST Management has been in the past.
