Thanks Goaty, I think I remember looking into the compulsory takeover stuff a few months back. There's nothing to say exactly how it gets done, but there is scrutiny over 'fair value'.

The optimist in me says that progress with the company and its production means a higher offer and the overseers will factor that in if there is a lowball offer.

The pessimist tells me VWAP will be lower, LG shares now running higher, and the overseers will approve a noballs offer.

INcidentally, did anyone else see the NAV announcement that LG have withdrawn from discussions there?
