    For those of us still holding :( ... could you let us know your reasons for "obliged/required"? There has been some conflict in ideas as to whether the original offer would still hold, or whether there would be some form of VWAP at time of compulsory acquisition.

    Any information you could provide would be most gratefully accepted.
