Although there are millions of shares in the depth, the value is not very high because of the low SP ~ only $25k at 2c.

$50k would be enough to buy everything up to and half way through 1.6c, for instance. So for a very few dollars the SP could move quite a long way. A positive news release would see those cheap shares gobbled up fairly smartly.
