No, all i am suggesting is they have insufficient cash reserves to progress any projects and it is time they gave their shareholders a clearer picture as to why Lionel Diggings has not progressed on schedule and what they are going to do about raising funds.
I would just like that info so as i can make up my mind whether to hold or sell and have enough to pay for a decent lunch with a good red!
