Your are forgetting the key word in their relase:-
"OBJECTIVE"
It was stated that their objective was to commence etc
That is why i have serious concerns about IIG as they have no money!!!!!!!
Suggest you phone them and find out if they are about to commence, my gut feeling is that they have not and will not..........
Just hope that i am wrong as i hold, because at current sp, not worth selling.
