Can the UML independent auditors be asked to give a brief no nonsense; factual; non ambiguous; plain English; jargon free report; about why UML is now in such a mess; and why the UML shares are now almost worthless??? AND to give a without fear or favour opinion; about whether or not UML will be able to continue as a going concern.?

ASIC should be !!!??? looking at the company's governance; but there is no chance of that!!!???
