liongold pays more to creditors than us

    While researching the intricacies of this takeover, I found the notice relating to the payment to LionGold creditors. They are being issued shares at an issue price of S$0.8707.

    LionGold makes an offer for our shares at S$0.8657 per share.

    Perhaps we should have been creditors, not shareholders.
