1. the 'most generous' offer from LG closes 12th March. you dont get your script till say 10 days after close.

2. i dont think too many Aussies will hang around for long on SGX. SBL acceptances will be continual sellers of LG on SGX and will depress price for some time.

You will note that LG in 3rd bidders statement turned the screws a bit by raising the issue of funding to SBL. Lots of caveats including board control and 50% min holdings.


i'm 'maintaining the rage' buggerem!!!not getting mine. Also interested to see what our 2 new significant shareholders are up to. I expect they are working solely for themselves but maybe current holders will benefit.
