    dgc,

Those who want to accept the LG offer still have until March 27 to do so, so hopefully you and they won’t rush to accept it early this week. Why not make LG sweat it out a bit more and send off your acceptance on March 26th. Given you’ve waited this long – what’s another week as you don’t get your new shares any earlier.

That week’s waiting will give the LG Directors time to investigate the unexplained 30% increase in price that happened on Friday as they said they would instigate a review. It will also give you extra time to see if they can maintain the new share price prior to the offer closing.

So I’m not saying don’t accept the LG offer, I’m saying please consider the timing of when you accept the offer as it gives everybody (including myself) the best chance to determine as many facts as possible prior to March 27.

You and other investors now have the peace of mind that shares can be handled via RBS Morgan, which you didn’t have a week ago. You’ve also witnessed a 30% rise in one day. So imagine what new benefits next week could bring?

I say make LG and Weiss chase harder for another week as their offer is already unconditional and will still be there until March 27. So don’t make it any easier for them in the interim.

Hopefully, I’ve made it clear that I’m not questioning anybody’s decision to accept the LG offer, but I say please consider when you accept it and that for now that still matters. If people accept closer to March 27 than March 17 then we all stand our best chance of being informed and seeing how hard (if at all) Weiss is prepared to chase on market.
