Got a reply today from Adrian Di Carlo (SBL Company Secretary) on the latest Top 20 SH listing.

Below is a response in his email that came together with the SH listing:
As requested, attached is a Top 20 Shareholders report as at the close of business on 5 July 2012.

In relation to the Notice of Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder (Notice) lodged on 2 July 2012, the responsibility of lodging the Notice rests with the shareholder mentioned in the Notice, not Signature Metals Limited (ASX: SBL).

The ASX releases the Notice when it receives it from the shareholder directly. Signature Metals Limited is not required to lodge the Notice.
