I was going through Liongold's website and saw this presentation published on 3 Jan 2014.

It seems like they are still pursuing their active M & A strategy with their board filled with financiers and lawyers who are geared for more M & A. Its slides still goes on about how they are fast tracking their intent on growing the business to be a geographically diversified, leading gold producer! with geographically diversified being sold as an advantage over the other big non diversified Asian Producers.

btw their slide still have Dargues as producing 50,000 ounces by 2015!
