Columbia. i think LIM's international office made the decision to sell all of their exploration properties. Due to that decision THX JV was part of the package to BRW. I've heard some of the previous employees of LIM now work for BRW, so my assumption would be the previous LIM employees who now work for BRW must be "Big Kev" about the JV as they're the ones who have done all the work, so why would they keep it....
