I agree APA involvement and the EIS submission for the lions way pipeline is heading in the right direction, has been on MEL's agenda for a long time. If APA involvement can speeds up the pipeline project then the pipeline along with further announcements on gas reserves will transform MEL.

There are other commercialisation projects - approaches in progress according to MEL presentations - Announcements.

The recent news on the RVPS Goverment approval is the first step via electricity generation for cash generation. (Assuming the project can be financed of course, not sure if MEL require partners for RVPS project). I don't think the supply of gas is an issue from Mel's announcement on the RVPS.

In the short to medium term there are other irons in the fire, an announcement on the kingfisher testing is pending ( overdue ?), and there should also be some further news ( Q2- Q3 ?) on a partner for PEL16 to follow. There could be quite a few people watching for these announcements before they take a position.

All in all, some key announcements are expected over the next few months of 2010, the announcements will show more details to the the market of how MEL intends to transform itself from explorer to producer.
