I'm getting older, and regular dividends are looking more attractive to me. I appreciate that LTR needs to start producing, get out of the "ramp-up" phase and into the "profitably pumping-out product phase," the beginning of which will also be the "paying-off our debts" phase, but as I have said many times, I am a patient man. Even the worst down rampers (let's call them supply and demand naysayers) acknowledge that by 2030, there will be a SIGNIFICANT undersupply of Lithium relative to anticipated demand. That used to sound like forever, but now, in the big scheme of things, that's only five and a half years away.

My goal was to be able to retire by 65 (to those of you that did better, congratulations). I just want to be able to do some volunteer work, at my pace, grow my own veges and herbs, and maybe chickens, and cook decent meals for my wife, and my family when they visit. I don't need, or even WANT, to have Robin Leach at my door (especially since he passed, RHS).

If I can build enough of a stockpile of both PLS and LTR, along with some of my other stock holdings and bond interest, anticipating the dividends that I expect both firms to be paying by 2030, I MIGHT be able to shave two years off that number, and feel more comfortable about at least retiring in 2032.

Nearer term... H2 2024 should be fruitful specific to LTR IMO. As @anatol has suggested - 6 months post production a completely new price discovery is anticipated. He expects $4 by then with a supporting view from many I'm sure, including myself. With all your experience and background what's your take on it should we not be taken over? Feel free to throw in other scenarios including a TO and/or short squeeze and what you'd anticipate in this situation... if you have the time. We know you don't have a crystal ball and it's all just an opinion.
