As a footnote PU: each of the "PSCs, AELB,
IAEA etc" as well as the new pronouncment changed the goalposts by imposing extra conditions on the LAMP. Malaysia has already proven itself to be Mickey Mouse. We need to learn to live with that IMO.
I don't question the accuracy of NC's announcement but instead its relevance. The lunatics run the Malaysian asylum.
