    I do recall there was an interest from BHP for a take over earlier in the year , I'm not sure if that is the case now.

    If this was to be the case then the ASX is going to be checking the trading records very carefully. Lipstick is now at the 40% level on small volumes. Would not be surprised if the same party is on both sides of the trades.
