If Shine Justice was liquidated today, shareholders would receive around $1.65 per share. For many years this company has traded well below its NTA, it's time for shareholders to take action.
To propose a shareholder's resolution for liquidation, we need 5%, or 8.6 million shares. To date, I have a commitment of 1%, or about 1.6 million shares. We need another 7 million shares to propose the liquidation.
