Well said. I have written to the board suggesting some of the points you have outlined. More shareholders corresponding with the board would help.
We need to shake the board into action. By the chairman's own words at the AGM, the board is focused on the business, not the share price.
If we are able to put the special resolution for liquidation forward it will be quite easy to get some media attention. The sheer threat of this may force the board's hand into action.
